Hi, I'm Jenna.
I am so happy you here!
I am a self-proclaimed personal growth nerd!
I love most things self-confidence, mindset and neuroscience related. But to add a little spice, I also love writing code.
Coding for me was the missing piece to my self-confidence puzzle. The brilliant thing about that is… now I get to combine my lived experience with my interests. I dream up and build personal development programmes and tools that help you! How cool is that!?
Now, here's the relatable
This is the part where I tell you a story about how I rose from nothing to triumph. Indeed, there are parts of my story that feel triumphant to me. But, usually what I look for in these stories, is the parts I can relate to.
So let’s skip the story and jump to the relatable;
- I lean towards being quite sensitive and introverted in nature, which for many years I didn’t appreciate as a strength.
- I have a big f*cken heart which can be scary at times.
- I have a curiosity about people and the way we think (but prefer to observe from a distance).
- This also corelates to a tendency to want to skip small talk and go straight to meaningful conversation (in case you hadn’t noticed).
- My creativity, nurtured through coding is my guiding light, my beacon.
- I lean towards optimism, which for many years was at odds with my self-doubt. Cognitive dissonance is a confusing space to be in… but the brain is a wonderful thing, just because it is the case now, doesn’t mean it will always be the case.
Real tangible tools you can use to make meaningful change
Here’s the thing,
- If your self-doubt feels overbearing,
- If you struggle to accept compliments because your mind shows you all the things you did “wrong”,
- And/or you downplay your talents, worried about being perceived as a showoff.
You are in the right place, let me tell you why.
There is a theme within the personal growth world; provide lots of advice with excellent quotes, but very little tangible tools.
If you are at all like me, then I am sure you have experienced reading book after book, only to find nothing really changes.
I want to change that!
By combining my passion for dreaming up, designing, and building programmes that make personal growth more achievable, I hope to help women leverage technology to cultivate self-confidence and create life on their terms.
Real tools made readily available for you to utilise to make meaningful changes in your life.
Confident through code is many things – it is a gallery of my creative “works of art”, it is a personal development course unlike any other (more on this soon) and it is a toolbox full of things you didn’t know you needed – until now.
That’s me and how it relates to you, in a nutshell!
